Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

Edmac’s shipping department ships product Monday through Friday during our normal working hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm EST. If an NDA is needed incoming orders placed before 5:00pm EST will be pushed to the front of the line and every effort will be made to ensure it ships the same day.

Standard orders placed before 3:00pm EST are typically shipped the same business day provided the parts are in stock here at Edmac. If you have questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call or e-mail us at parts@edmac.com and we’ll get back to you right away.

Privacy & Security

Edmac is dedicated to protecting its customers privacy. We do not sell or rent customer information to third-parties. We use industry-standard SSL technology to guard customers privacy during e-commerce transactions. In addition customer data including email, address, phone and similar information that customers provide during transactions is not shared with any third parties not directly related to processing a customers order.

IP Addresses, Internet Browsers, Operating Systems, Domain Names

When you enter our website, we may collect your computer’s IP address. The IP address does not identify you as an individual, but does identify your Internet service provider. Other non-personally identifiable information that we may collect include the type of Internet browser used, the type of computer operating system used, and the domain name of the website from which you visited our site. The information is aggregated to provide broad demographic information, such as the geographic location of visitors and how long they stay on our site. Collecting this type of information allows us to administer our site, diagnose server problems, analyze trends and statistics, and provide better customer service.

However, in order to fulfill your requests, provide you with a product, service or information, to process a transaction, or to provide you with customer service, your personally identifiable information may be shared with other Edmac entities and third parties including but not limited to shipping companies, suppliers, distributors, financial institutions, our business partners, and postal or government authorities (such as Customs authorities). Any such other Edmac entity or third party may be located within or outside the European Economic Area. In accordance with the above, if you submit personally identifiable information, you voluntarily consent to transfer of such information to other countries, including countries within or outside of the European Economic Area.

Returns & Replacements

Spare Parts Warranty

Edmac extends a six month spare parts warranty from date of shipment or 1,000 hours of operation whichever occurs first on all compressor spare parts, inline filter elements, and lubricants. Edmac's replacement spare parts meet or exceed the OEM specification. This warranty is limited to Edmac at its discretion replacing the defective part or refunding a customer the purchase price. To make use of the spare parts warranty customer needs to:

  • Follow Edmac's Return Policy (RMA)
  • Return defective part via Edmac's return policy for inspection along with proof of service life

The spare parts warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, system upsets (for example: air hammer), shipping damage, or to any item that has been modified, repaired, or otherwise altered. 

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, or conditions, written or oral, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, all warranties, or conditions, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are hereby disclaimed. There shall be no liability for incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of sales, or any other damages, costs or expenses. Correction of nonconformities as provided above shall be Purchaser’s exclusive remedy and shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of Edmac (including any liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage) whether in warranty, strict liability, contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise with respect to the quality of or any defect in Products or associated services delivered or performed hereunder.

Return Policy & Procedure

To qualify for return a spare part must be within the spare parts warranty term and or have been purchased in the last 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns. Please be advised, return approval is predicated upon the return policy of our suppliers.

To return a spare part to Edmac, please follow the below process.

  • Please send an email to returns@edmac.com to begin return process.
  • Once your email is received and reviewed, an Edmac representative will email a document containing a RMA reference number to include with the merchandise being sent back as well as list any other necessary return instructions as long as your return is found to meet the aforementioned guidelines.
  • Customer to ship returns to Edmac per instructions in email. Customer pays shipping charges on return items unless otherwise specified.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of item, Edmac will credit customer's account, ship a replacement spare part, or credit customer's credit card less a 20% restocking fee .(restocking fee does not apply to approved warranty claims)
  • Or Edmac may deny return if the spare part is not returned in like new condition or does not meet warranty requirements (like new condition does not apply to warranty claims)

Air Compressor Parts

Air Filter Elements

Good lube filtration protects a rotary screw compressor's screws from particulate and other contaminants, while maintaining the vital flow of compressor lubricant to the airend screws. Edmac supplies replacement lube and coolant filters designed with the right filter media and seals to perform in the demanding conditions found inside air compressors. Air/Oil Separators

Depending on the compressor model, Edmac will supply a conventional or pleated air/oil separator of the highest quality. Our air compressor air/oil separators have an electrically conductive interconnection in order to transfer any static charges reliably to the compressor housing. Compressor Lubricant

Edmac provides compressor lubricants that more times than not exceed OEM lubricants performance and specifications. Most Edmac compressor lubricants feature:

  • Longer run-times than the OEM lubricant
  • Higher flash points than the OEM lubricant
  • Wider temperature performance than the OEM lubricant

Inline Filter Elements

Replacement inline filter elements for nearly any manufacturers inline filter assembly can be found using the part number search. Edmac's replacement particulate, coalescer, and vapor filter elements feature market-leading filter media and components that meet or exceed the OEM specification.

Activated Alumina Desiccant

Edmac stocks 1/8'' activated alumina and 3/16'' activated alumina in 50 lb. bags. Activated alumina is widely used as an adsorbent material in desiccant compressed air dryers.
